Download the latest Citrix Workspace App for Mac Client from. The software suite for all CertifiO subscribers. Windows Version: Includes ConsignO Desktop, Entrust EESP and CertifiO Manager. Important: For MAC users, CertifiO Manager is currently not included in the CertifiO Suite and must be downloaded separately. It is required to activate and use your CertifiO digital signature. The first step is to download Entrust Identity App to your mobile device. It can be found on the Apple App Store, Blackberry World, and Google Play. For non-Apple devices, you may also be able to download Entrust Identity App directly from the organization where you will use it to strongly authenticate online. Click the Download button in the pickup wizard to download your certificate files. Clicking the download button will produce a zip file that contains the following files: ServerCertificate.crt: Your signed SSL/TLS certificate; ChainBundle1.crt: The Entrust Certificate chain bundled in a single file; 2. Copy the files to the System Keychain.
Symptoms or Error
Receiver for Mac users receive the following error message when accessing StoreFront or Web Interface applications:
'SSL Error 61: You have not chosen to trust 'Certificate Authority', the issuer of the server's security certificate. Error #: 183'

Update to the Latest Receiver Version
- Upgrade to the latest version of Receiver to verify if this resolves the issue.
- If you are using SHA2 certificates then the older version of Receiver does not support these certificate. Refer to CTX200114 - Citrix Receiver Support for SHA-2 to view the Receiver versions which supports SHA-2 certificates.
If this does not resolve the issue then proceed to the next section.

Missing Root/Intermediate Certificate
This error message suggests that the Mac client device does not have the required root certificate/intermediate certificate to establish trust with the certificate authority who issued the Secure Gateway/NetScaler Gateway server certificate.
Complete the following steps to resolve this issue:

The default File Format should be Certificate (.cer).
Note: You might need to rename the certificate to a .CRT extension for the client to properly identify the certificate.
